The agent was extremely rude and unprofessional, tried to upsell, and didn't explain the options or ways to explore options that would be more appropriate for my needs. I felt that the owner's conduct was bordering on harassment when I chose I chose to change agents. Calling and emailing both the new agent and myself, and emailing the underwriter to make my policy with the new agent more difficult to process.
