Had their sales rep come out to do a quote for work to be done, asked multiple times for a written offer and even had the work verbally scheduled. Asked multiple times for an actual quote to be signed off on, never received, until today when they backed out on the work via email. The definition of poor customer service, unprofessional business practices and living up to the stereotype of unreliable contractors. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone regardless of their finished product quality and workmanship.
Stay away from construction jobs stick to painting
RecommendedThe painters did an outstanding job on the interior of our home. It required a great deal of detail work and all three painters did an exceptional job. They were also professional, pleasant, and easy to have in the house for 6 days. Based on our experience and final product, I would highly recommend them.
Hire more skilled employees.
Originally, I had a problem with the gate they made for our neighborhood... They were courteous and professional when handling it and took care of it until I was over satisfied!! Thanks guys!!
