Today, Sunday, I needed an urgent refill while also planning to shop for groceries. I wanted to take a moment to commend Chloe, who provided outstanding customer service. She patiently encouraged me to walk the store a couple of times, and upon my return, greeted me with a warm smile and my refill! Thank you, Chloe, for your exceptional service.
Tonight I came with my wife and my son to shopping at this tom thumb, the night manager Mr Mark was very rude and mean to us because it was the closing time and he almost kicked us out. But after us there was another customer and he was very nice and calm with her, I think he was the racist because we were in our Muslim attire my wife had a scarf on and I have big beard. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The added benefit is when you get your flu shot you get a coupon for 10% off purchases in the Tom Thumb grocery store.
