RecommendedManager Heath is doing an amazing job with this store! I went tonight and was blown away by the produce section!! Saiid was meticulous in how he presented the produce - you can tell he really cares! After having TERRIBLE experiences with rotten food, expired dates, and bad attitudes from other local grocery stores (ahem Kroger and Walmart) I was debating shopping in other cities, but thanks to Heath and his fantastic team, I have finally found my grocery store!!
They can’t even take a cake order without screwing it up. They waited till the day before the birthday party to call and tell us they never ordered the cake mix. Thanks for ruining the birthday cake for a little 10 yr old girl. Won’t be shopping here again.
I went to Tom Thumb to pick up some groceries for my neighbor. She had a list for me and one of the items was the Wheat Thins that were sale. The shelf was empty (that's ok it was a great deal) I ran into a worker Will Smith and asked him if there might be a display somewhere with more. He told me to hold on while he checked in the back. Do not use the seafood department!! I just bought some jumbo shrimp and when I got home to open the bag it smelt awful! The shrimp inside the shell is hard and yellow. It has an awful foul smell to it. I am beyond grossed out. The guy was getting it out of the case and one fell in the shelf lining that looks disgusting and he scooped it up and put it back in the case. Do not use the Tom Thumb pharmacy. They don’t know how to count. Last week My husband was given too many of one RX, and this month, my daughter was shorted 3 pills of her meds she needs for school. They won’t take any responsibility. � Transferring to Kroger where they know how to count.
