Don’t know where to begin. The fact that i’m reviewing a grocery store-based pharmacy should speak volumes. Please save yourself a headache and do NOT use this pharmacy for any of your med needs. Unprofessional, unorganized, dirty.
Lazy employees, coupled with attitude problems. I called at 5, on a Wednesday, requesting prescription refill for same day. The so called pharmacist said they're way too busy and she'll try. Got there at 7;30,, and she was moving around like a turtle. No prescription. Said come by tomorrow. No match for McDermott Tom Thumb Pharmacy (Now Closed), which was run professionally. These tantrum brats can't come close to that. Changing Pharmacy!
Always a delay or error in the system. McDermott was a better location. Sad they closed it. Will be looking to xfer scrips to another pharmacy, Prob HEB.
Don’t expect your meds to get refilled same day or for them to even tell you that you won’t get your meds refilled until the following week. Idk what’s up but every pharmacy I’ve ever used except this one has their shit together.
