"Customer service" is horrendous . I needed help from a young man at self check out and he IMMEDEIATELY ran to the back when I attempted to get his attention. He did not ever come back out I ended up moving to a register. Earlier the same week at self checkout another attendant did the same thing and said customers were annoying him so he needed to "breathe" . I understand being overwhelmed by customers but to leave when ppl need help is unacceptable . Worst tom thumb location . AVOID if possible. Also produce is always rott... read more

Tomb Thumb customer service will not cash your lottery ticket over $100. The representative Casandra told me that she couldn’t cash a $500 lottery ticket because, she don’t have cash, was her words. There is obviously no service for customers at Tomb Thumb Desoto. If this were the first instance it wouldn’t and wasn’t an issue. But to constantly refuse to cash lottery tickets when they’ll happily sell them is out of order.

This location never has registers open. Self check out line was literally all the way down the Isle around the corner by the seafood and instead of opening registers to take care of the long line all the cashiers were walking around and stocking shelves. Ridiculous
