Working with Tom Thomas Legal has been the best experience. He helped me resolve my case(s) after I was brought to court by several creditors. No one ever enjoys dealing with debt collection agencies, and our experience definitely started off on the wrong foot. That said, things turned around thanks to Casey. He took the time to understand our situation, made sure we were happy with the end result, and even helped us save money where we could. I had 2 or 3 representatives over the span of a few months. Discover card seemed to get everything they asked for. Had i known that, i would have put the $1,000.00 towards payments to discover instead of an attorney.was out of work for 6 months during covid and things piled up. Not much relief unfortunately. Nice people.

Tom Thomas was nice and apologized for his attorney. But the attorney assigned to me seemed to negotiate with me more than opposition counsel. I ended up settling for the same amount offered to me before hiring Tom Thomas Legal. Unfortunate results for me, but wish the best for everyone else. Tom: as we had discussed before that was an offer the opposing counsel gave me when I called them direct before hiring Tom Thomas. As this case is now closed there is no further action needed. I initially reached out as I had received a lawsuit from Portfolio and Associates. After trying to settle directly with Portfolio and had failed attempts Caleb Smith with Tom Thomas Legal was able to handle it for me. The result turned out exactly how I had hoped and the settlement was a smooth process. They handled everything and kept me up to date.
