I have used Tom Thomas for credit card lawsuits. Ashley is amazing, when you first contact them she gets back to you within 24 hours and gets you set up and has you send them a copy of the lawsuit so they can answer. I have dealt with two different cases. One I settled and one went to court. The one that went to court was dismissed, and all I owed was my attorney fees to Tom Thomas.
