My sick, elderly parents had you out to replace a water heater. Both of the water heaters you installed continue to leak and you said you will not come back out to fix them. Shame on you!
TTP gets it done again, even when they don't do it! Called Tom with an urgent plumbing problem, he got right back with me to tell me the job was outside of his capability. But no problem, Tom said, call this guy because he can help you. Called Toms referral and within 30 minutes the situation was being handled professionally. Awesome, thanks TTP.
