Because the experience I had was very unsatisfactory. I bought a used car from there and the way it was handled was very poor. Issues were not corrected before I purchased the car and I had to make a lot of subsequent trips there on Saturdays to get them corrected. Things that I made them aware of before I drove it off the lot. On a scale of 1-10 I would give the over all operation a 3!!!
I really wanted to like this place but bought a car from them less than 2 weeks ago, drove an hour and a half to get there. Brought it home and noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working so I took it to a local trusted mechanic who said the air conditioning line is completely full of holes and needs replaced. It’s an $800 repair. I drove an hour to test drive a Jeep - they knew I was coming!! I just spent 45 minutes at the sales guys desk because they weren’t sure if they even had the jeep?! Mean while he’s trying to sell me other cars. Then after all of that time they tell me it’s out on a test drive right now. ??? Shady place.
I BOUGHT A 16' FUSION, I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY KEYLESS ENTRY OPTION. WHEN I CALL TO SAY THE MASTER CODE WASNT PROVIDED IN THE OWNERS MANUAL LIKE THE HAAG FORD SAID IT SHOULD AND THE SALESMAN TOLD ME IT WOULD, THE RESPONSE IS I SHOULD PAY FOR IT. !!!!!IT IS AN OPTION ON MY CAR, DO THEY SELL THESE CARS WITH THE OPTION OR WITHOUT......APPARENTLY WITHOUT.!!!!!ALSO THE RIPPED MY FRIEND OFF HIS REFERRAL FEE. CHEAP SKATES.....AND THEY WONDER WHY PEOPLE GO ELSEWHERE.
