Amazing service and excellent skills!
A few weeks ago I had taken my gaming console to Tom’s to get an HDMI port replaced, after using it for a bit it is better than ever and I couldn’t be happier. If you need work done on a gaming console this is a the perfect place! It’s a great feeling to support local businesses :)
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tom. He was kind, courteous and professional! He didn't give up when the first attempt of restoring my phone wasn't successful, I appreciate his willingness to try multiple different options. He called to update after every attempt! I can't thank him enough for saving thousands of pictures that I thought for sure were gone!! Even if this had turned out to be unsuccessful, I'd still give a 5 star review based on the customer service alone!
