I always have such great service with Shockey's - they have worked on my Jeep several times and I always get it back looking great. If there is an issue or a delay I get a phone call to extend my rental. Would recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed. Thanks Tom and Crew!
Used to be pleased with their service, but no more. Was told the vehicle would take 9 days, but called 2 days ahead to confirm they were still on schedule and told they were. So I call on the 9th day to confirm pick-up, and was told they had to keep it another 2 days, but somehow forgot to call any of the 3 phone numbers they had been given to inform us of such??
