My car was vandalized earlier this month and I never thought that the interior would be the same. That was before we talked to Tom Shocky’s, I can say they did a phenomenal job with everything. Talk about great customer service everyone, was so nice to talk to and made the whole experience great.
I have had 3 occasions to work with this shop and all 3 were painful. On my most recent trip, my father in law and I encountered terrible customer service in person from their estimator. He was very rude to us as clients. We will not use this business again. Estimates are just not done in good faith either because the end bill is always significantly higher.

I was in an accident last month, which left my vehicle with tons of damage, and me very shaken up. My vehicle was promptly picked up, they dealt with my insurance, and did an outstanding job on my Jeep! They kept me in the loop, and went above and beyond in their work, and customer service!!!
