Whenever I need service at my home for plumbing, heating or air conditioning, I always call on Tom Schaefer. They are extremely reliable, affordable and simply great people to work with. Furnace went out with a little one at home. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They quickly got someone out and resolved the issue and provided solutions for the future. Excellent service and well worth the value. I would highly recommend their work.

I called TSP on a recommendation and I was not disappointed, They were able to come out the next day and make the repair. I had to replace my faucet and they went to the supply ouse and made sure they got exactly what I wanted. The entire job was completed within 2 hours. They were knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up at the end of the job.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They never showed up, and if they did they showed up hours late. They never knew what they were doing and said to my face “I don’t know what I’m doing”. They went to install the vents for our exhaust fans and drilled a hole in our soffit and then said “I made a mistake and drilled a hole in the wrong place in your soffit and you’re going to have to fix it.” Worst experience and I will never recommend this company

I found TSP responsive on the AC & Heating side. They do good but not excellent work. TSP in my personal experience normally has had to return to repair what they've done at least one extra time about 70% of the time. I'm unsure why when evaluating the repairs, it appears they miss something and have to return to fix it again. I've used TSP numerous times for over 10 years, however, TSP repeatedly has not called me with repair estimates.
