Honest! They tell the truth -- NOT run up your bill with unnecessary repairs. They don't 'talk down to you'. Clear explanations that even non-techies can understand.
My store's computer crashed hard from a windows update and Tom and his guys got me back up and running in a couple of days. They are also very reasonably priced I might add.
