The dream team. These guys were so helpful in every step of my home buying process. Easy to talk to answered calls and texts at just about any time. Had new listings weekly. They both grew up in baltimore area and are very familiar with the neibor hoods I was interested in purchasing a home in. They're very straight up, have been in the home buying and selling business for a long time and will let you know straight up Wether to go for it or walk away and keep looking.
Tom and Pat are fantastic, and I highly recommend them to anyone buying/selling in the greater Baltimore area. They were professional, accommodating, and friendly, and we never had to worry about any detail being overlooked. Home buying and selling can be a very stressful ordeal, but Tom and Pat lessened that stress by always being on top of things. I would give 10 stars if Zillow would let me! Thank you Tom and Pat!
Wow! What a team Pat and Tom make. They just represented us on the sale of a second home in 14 years and we could not have been more pleased. The house sold for more than we ever thought it would. What an exceptional team that truly cares and does whatever it takes to get you exactly what you want. Honest, hard working, trustworthy, sincere, dependable, and genuine. Always felt that we were their absolute priority and we would not work with anyone else. They are by far the best of the best!
We've worked with Pat and Tom not once, not twice, but three times, selling two houses and purchasing one house. With their combined knowledge of both the home search side and the contracts/negotiation side you really can't beat this team. Pat and Tom took care of absolutely everything involved when I decided it was necessary for me to sell my home.
