My wife spoke to Tom about a load of "free" "top soil" he was "giving" away. He dumped it in our yard without her present. I returned home to a big mess on our hands. The "top soil" is full of rocks, broken concrete, landscaping cloth and bark. We've also found large nails and screws in the mix - it's essentially half construction waste and half dirt.
