Bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and its been problems after problems ! The battery thats in my car is NO WHERE NEAR COMPATIBLE BUT YET IT WAS FORCED IN THERE AND THATS PART OF WHY IVE BEEN HAVING SO MANY ISSUES ! Obviously these people are not checking the vehicles before being sold ! I wanted to refer my co workers to this place but absolutely NOT !
Bought a pre-owned Nissan in Ohio and went to Naquin to have it serviced under warranty. The communication from the service department was almost non existent. They sent me the invoice that they sent to the warranty company and they listed nuts, bolts and o-rings for $20-$50 (the same nuts, bolts and o-rings that I found on Nissan.com for $5-$15) then they washed me to pay the difference between what they charged and what insurance was willing to pay. Great experience! My pet peeve in doing business is no follow thru. Naquin followed thru big time! Every time I had question they got back. They knew I was on a timeline and was coming to Elkhart from out of town. They found the car that I wanted and valued my time when I came back for pick up. They have followed thru with questions afterwards. Overall a top notch experience! Love my new rogue, which is my 6th one!
Nik and his team rock! The wife and I came in to look at the Maserati. We really enjoyed driving the car but couldn’t come to a deal at first. The price for the car was fair, but the car needed some new tires and a few other minor things that would not have affected the price on most cars that much. However, this is a Maserati.
