I’ve been a loyal customer of Tom Naquin Cadillac since 2016, and today I experienced one of the most disappointing and disrespectful interactions. I brought my car in due to a serious engine issue (covered under warranty), and the staff—particularly Matt and Lisa—were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I was told there were no loaner cars available with no effort to assist or communicate respectfully. Nothing but good things to say about this dealership! We purchased a used Jeep Gladiator today and we were treated very well. Our sales consultant, Jeff Surguy, was professional, friendly, communicative, and we genuinely felt like he was there to help us and not just make a sale. They were very fair in negotiating the price of the Jeep as well. Mike Gray in Finance was also great to work with.
