Terra seemed great in our initial meeting. Then when it came to my family members actual appointments she couldn't be bothered to show up for 4 weeks. No calls or messages explaining what happened. Then finally I received a text saying that she had time conflicts with all of the scheduled appointments. I understand that things happen and come up but waiting 4 weeks to tell a person is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Although we had a good experience with the therapist 6 yrs ago. My daughter has been trying to join the military and was told she needs her medical records. We have been in contact with this group for over 3 months, 6 phone calls and told there is no eta, or that they will call her back and they don’t. This has delayed her enlistment and caused huge heartache and anxiety but maybe that is how they keep patients after they are done needing their services. Horrible customer service and follow up. Tom is AMAZING I had brought my son to him when my son was very young (3-4 yrs old ) and I wasn’t really ready for the boom that got dropped on me BUT thanks to Tom my son was able to get through it and I was also taught how to handle and taught how to help my son better. Pretty safe to say Tom fairly saved us.
I am truly happy that others have had good experiences at this clinic. However, my family's experience was much different. Our provider had a hard time listening to us, and appeared distracted. He basically told us what our child's diagnosis was before even meeting with the child. Please check your referral carefully, and be aware of who your specific provider. Or, just to be safe use another clinic.
Looking back almost three years ago now, Tom has been truly one of biggest blessings to me and my mental health. I struggled with PTSD, and Social/Generalized Anxiety Disorder for the better part of six years starting back when I was in sixth grade. If there was anything he tough me, alongside of all his other amazing strategies, fighting the thoughts was the most beneficial.
