The crew did a great job. They were cheerful, conscientious and easy to work with. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they left the surrounding yard in great shape!
Fantastic team to work with! Juan and his crew were professional, safe, creative, detailed and seemed like family! They had fun yet were very got the job done on time and within our budget. Tom Leach as a business seemed to plan for everything. Juan and Aaron kept us informed regularly and went above and beyond. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Crew was very respectful of us and our neighbors. Highly recommend. Love photos they posted as each days work progressed.
We had our roof replaced by Tom Leach Roofing in May, 2025. This was a big job: a large two and one-half story house plus garage. The job was a tear-off, so a couple of layers of asphalt and a layer of shingles were removed. In addition, they installed two skylights. The Tom Leach crew did a great job. We have many bushes and plantings around the house. A large amount of debris came off the roof and a great many workers scrambled all over the house and grounds. Good process from start to finish. The crew on site was super polite and hard-working and took the time to explain to me what was happening. Juan was a great foreman! Easy to pay the invoice and good follow up from Aaron and Jorge.
Process from start to finish ran smooth. Thank you to Aaron who did our estimate provided before/after photos and answered a litany of questions-patience of a saint! A special thank you to the exceptional crew who provided quality workmanship in a timely fashion leaving our property void of any debris.
