ROOF ONLY LASTED 9 YEARS!!! The roof was replaced by Tom Kuhn in 2013. Issues presented themselves in 2018 and repairs were initiated by previous owners. 2022 more issues and missing shingles occurred and we discovered the entire roof needed to be replaced due to the entire roof being high nailed. When Tom's son came out to review the situation. He told me he would come back in a few days to get on the roof and take a look. I have hired Kuhn's Home Improvements twice in the past 4 years. The first time I hired them to repair a rotted soffit on my back porch, as well as make repairs to the gutter/downspout and repaint the tin roof. After getting estimates from 5 different contractors, I chose them because of their reasonable price, availability, friendliness and professionalism.
