Our hygienist put our 27 month right at ease after he became anxious entering the treatment area. He was on the verge of tears and didn't want to lie down on the chair, but Joanna had him sit on my lap and slowly and gently introduced and allowed him to touch all the instruments that would be used before starting treatment. My son quickly became comfortable with Joanna and was happy to let her and Dr Davis do all the cleaning necessary without complaint.
