One Star is too good for this company. Writing this review to hopefully save others some time, money and hassle. I hired Tom Joyce Roofing to replace my roof after Hurricane Ian. Here I am 3 years later and I get notification from my insurance company that I never had the roof replaced! Tim from Tom Joyce Roofing opened the permit, however never completed the proper steps to get a final inspection. Amazing customer service! I had a great experience with Tom Joyce Roofing inc! Would 10/10 recommend any & all of their services! We hired them for moving services to transport furniture into our new home. They were very friendly and professional, great communication skills! fast response, flexible to our schedule. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I had to have Tim send an email to my insurance co. to tell them how long my roof will last. He took care of it. He is excellent. Highly recommend him.

Stay away as you can tell from some of the other reviews which I did not look at before hiring Tim of Tom Joyce Roofing after taking a hefty deposit, left the truck in front of my house for 2 weeks, zero communication, has not even started the project
