Tom Jones is by far my favorite restaurant ever! It has become my fiance and I favorite breakfast place by far. We are here at least once a week and not only do they provide the BEST customer service, but they treat us like family. Don't get me started on Danielle, one of the servers there. She goes over and beyond for us every week, remembering our orders and even has our drinks on the table even before we sit down! Love Tom Jones, love Danielle, this place will forever have our business.
The hash browns needed to be cooked more and the butter they put on the toast was not good. It looked like liquid butter u would put on popcorn. The plus side was the waitress was wonderful.
I'm disappointed.. I've been coming here for yrs and the past few have been a great time to spend with my kids.. the earthing area looks great! But what happened to cleaning or upgrading the bathrooms.. the menu is double some triple the cost for the same or smaller amount of food. The liquid butter that is used on the toast is unhealthy for you and doesn't have any taste. Won't be back after tonight's experience.... It was extremely rude to be asked to move tables after we had received our drinks and placed our dinner order.... Than after we told them we would not move we were rushed to eat our meal and continually stared at and given dirty looks... not to mention my meal was lukewarm at best and brought out 10 mins later than the other meals were brought out. You can repaint and redecorate all you want but it's all in how you treat the PAYING CUSTOMER
I've been coming to Tom Jones since I was a child. I was excited to see it take on a new style. But then I actually went there; it took forever just to get our drinks, and even longer to get our food. The waitress barely stopped by to check on us and we had a two year old with us who got so restless from how long the food took, that we had to resort to asking them to bring just the toast. The food was okay, but the prices are eh. I had a lot of hope for the new Tom Jones but I'm severely disappointed.
Just not the same. New menu brought much higher prices (breakfast blue ribbon went up $2!). Miss the old orange uniforms and good waitresses!! RIP to the original Tom Jones.
I've been a regular for almost 20 years and I love all the changes the new owners have made. And how can you beat the blue ribbon? 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage, 2 slices of bread, coffee, and juice for under $5… best, most affordable breakfast ever. Above all else, it's the people that make this place great. I'm glad the new owners kept the name and the employees.
The place is updated new, clean, great friendly staff and love the new owners! The food is updated as well, loving the new menu!
Had a great experience having breakfast with my son on a busy Saturday morning. We shared the blue ribbon special which was awesome! It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us. The staff was friendly. I just felt a little rushed, but would most definitely come back.
