First off, I've been coming here for breakfast, once every 3 weeks or so, for the past 30+ years. Since the recent "make over", I've received burnt (as in blackened) toast 3 times. The first 2 times the waitress got me new toast...this morning, a new waitress, after I pointed it out, did not. Today was my last visit.
Officially finished with this dump. Waitress can't write down order so here we go. Ordered where toast got white, friend ordered surf and turf with sides of mashed potaotoes and fries. Received a baked potaote and no fries. Asked to have them off the bill but they were brought out after friend finished meal. Never offered my juice and coffee with blue ribbon. We love tom Jones. But tonight will be the last time we eat here. If you want to talk about a customer and their two year old daughter make sure their whole party leaves first. My child is 2 yes she screamed once or twice. Then cried as I carried her out. But my sisters stayed behind. Please accept our sincere apologies for your experience. I assure you that our staff is very aware that our customers are our number 1 priority! Tom Jones is a "Family" Restaurant and our employees are repeatedly told that our customers are to be treated equally, politely and with respect. Anything less is totally unacceptable! We will speak with the servers that were on duty last night and I am hoping that if comments were made, that the were misinterpreted.
It’s looks totally different in a good way. They did raise their prices a lot.
Great new menu, all new inside looks great. Not the old Tom Jones, definitely enjoyed the new and incredibly better Tom Jones�
RecommendedNew soups made on site. I haven’t gotten one that I did not like.
I am very satisfied with tjs. I have no problems At all with it.

our first time going since new management, waitress was awesome, the prices went up which I would have been okay with if the food was worth it, I have never had bacon that tasted so bad in my life, the wait time for the food took way to long considering what it looked like and tasted like when it came out. what a shame used to go here regularly I will be looking for a new breakfast spot �
The food is much better dont taste like cardboard serice is , wonderful and most of all you can use debt card. The transformation was wonderful dont look old or dingy. Glad to be back
