Impossible to get them back out to correct their botched installations. Do not recommend at all anymore. Seriously disappointing for a long-standing local company.
RecommendedRecently we started a master bathroom remodel. It's been a tough deal bc we started out with a company that closed mid process of picking everything. We got lucky we found another company. THEN I walk into Tom January.....that's when I wish we had gone straight to them!! Shawn and Chris ended up helping us finish out the job along with other refreshers for the house that we wanted. They have delivered on every promise quickly and precisely. You guys rock!!!
Wow, they did a awesome job installing hardwood floors throughout my house, carpet in the bedrooms and a fabulous backsplash in my kitchen. Tom January Floors played an awesome role in transforming my house. Absolutely love it!

They are a wonderful group of people! They initially did a job for us years back and it turned wonderful, and then this past Thanksgiving/Christmas season, they had free products in their back lot that was there for the taking, and they even helped my daughter (and I) load it in her vehicle.....thank you so much!!!!
I'm selling my home and I needed my carpet repaired quickly. They came recommended, so I gave them a call. They came right away, did a great job and were not very expensive. Great customer service!!
