re Dr. Hoff: Third time cap came off. He initially removed a perfectly good tooth to cap it. ($) Then it came off and broke. He blamed me and replaced the cap eating up more insurance $. Then it came off again when I was eating a piece of bread. It broke another tooth. ($!) He blamed me again. Wanted to put a bridge in. After delving into that scenario, turns out he would have removed the tops of two other perfectly good teeth. I told him that ain’t happending. Now it’s off again- third time.
Dr. Hoff and entire staff are professional, calm, and caring. I love the environment as it has beautiful, calming views of Blackman Road with large windows and updated decor. It's just a very comfortable and professional experience all around.
Dr. Hoff is voted one the 3 best cosmetic Dentist in Springfield. He and his staff are amazing! I had my Invisalign done through them and could not be more pleased. Amazing results in half the time or less than braces. My family and I have been with Dr. Hoff for several years now. He and his staff go above and beyond to meet you dental needs.
