3.75 stars ⭐️ if possible. Great experience once they saw we were serious buyers. Mr. Brian Orr was straight honest sales man. No haggling or dealership mark ups. Good ole truth. Would have gotten a 5 star but initial introduction was not made properly and the car was not too clean at delivery. It was still dirty and needed a full detail.
I made inquiry into a vehicle I was interested in they responded quick. Salesman was very friendly, negotiating the deal was very simple fair and no pressure. I would recommend this dealer to family and friends.

Tom Hillier Ford was very nice, but I can't see paying 4000 over msrp. I do understand that it is supply and demand that is driving up the price though.
Tried to buy the car but because I am an out of state buyer the salesman indicated he would have to “jump through too many hoops” to sell me the car. I asked for more pictures and for a finance manager to call me so I could push this through and did not get a return call.

We just purchased a new Ford Fiesta from this dealership and had a great buying experience with Ryann and the rest of the crew. All the staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
