This company and Tom and Annette were absolute nightmares to deal with. We had a septic system installed in 2022. They RARELY answered calls/kept us updated on the project. We were told to expect a July installation. July came and went. We called a few times to get an idea of when they project would be completed, with no response. They finally came out and dug for the new system in October. Then they left, leaving the area dug up until December, leaving us with a stinky yard and eyesore. We are so impressed with Tom Hiatt's Plumbing!!! The receptionist, Annette, was so friendly and professional both times I spoke with her. Dustin the technician was also very friendly and professional. He made sure he wore his little booties in the house and was so thorough with his job. It is very hard to find good, professional employees these days, so we want to make sure they are recognized!!!! We would recommend this company highly!! Thank you for your professionalism and your timeliness. We greatly appreciate it!!

It all started with an appointment time (1-1:30), then pushed back an hour. Then no call no show and finally after 15 phone calls and no answer the technician calls at 4:45 and ask if I needed it done today or if I could wait til the following day. Absolutely not! I already done took the afternoon off to be home for the technician. Around 5:15 he shows up and didn't have everything he needed, needless to say it was 7 pm when he finished a 45 minute job.
