I painted one of the units Interiors at Tom Green Condominiums. This would be a great place for young people that are going to college

The neighbors are awesome but the property manager and HOA are terrible. They advertise a low HOA fee to get you to buy and then constantly hit you with “special assessments.” The property manager is one of the most incompetent, unpleasant and rude people I have dealt with in my entire life and the HOA is run by long time residents who operate in a dishonest manner by advising low prices but charging thousands in “special assessments” every year. Save yourself the trouble and just buy a house.
tom green condos are a beautiful place to live. there are awesome windows, big huge trees, wonderful floor plans, etc. however, my specific landlord for unit 210, was severely unprofessional. She leased the apartment to me with a lease that would not have held up in court. She did not disclose that there was mold in the apartment and when I brought it up to her with evidence, she called me a liar. There were problems with her from the beginning. Nice location. Very expensive but not much has been put into the place for what looks like over a decade.
