They have taken care of my 2009 Nissan Maxima since new. Always a pleasure to deal with Tracy or Dan. They always call with information or to verify repairs. Never a surprise when I come to pick up my car. Usually can wait there for state inspection. Mechanics know what they are doing. Dan - enjoy retirement!
Great customer service and excellent work on all our vehicles. Nice to have a local shop you can trust without always having to go to a dealership.

I can't say enough good things about the people that work at Tom Frost. The personal touch at every visit.
Poor service told during inspection my rear coil springs were loose and needs replaced I did replace with no difference in ride or anything. Upon returning for re inspection they told me it would be 5 hours before the same guy could look at it. Talked to another Garage and inspector and found nothing wrong with old coil springs . Telling me to fix items that were fine and having me wait because there mechanic was working on another job is unacceptable. All for a dollar inspection. After raising your vehicle, then lowering the vehicle towards the end of the inspection, we could hear your rear coil springs pop back into position, implying spring misalignment or looseness.
