RecommendedCalled yesterday to get a replacement tire since I failed inspection, Scott worked and researched to get me the best deal! Got a call from Tracey at 9 this morning and it is now 1030 and I’m leaving with a new tire! Absolutely great people here! Will definitely be back to replace my other tires! No pressure sales only suggestions made and advice!!!
There’s a reason people don’t like auto shops and this place is definitely it. Just waited 4 hours for a tag light bulb and battery hold down for an inspection that I bought the parts for and then got charged $100 for it and I’m still waiting...

Great work and customer service. Very through. They fix what is required and alsoet you know what is recommended for the extended life f your vehicle. We use them as our primary maintenance provider.
I had recently moved to the Bealton area,didn't really know anyone but I drive a school bus for Fauquier Co. drove by the Firestone business every day ,so I stopped in made an appointment for the next day after my morning bus run, I waited in a very nice waiting area, was offered a hot cup of coffee. They were very pleasant people. I got my oil changed,tires rotated and my car inspected in a short amount of time and they told me, I didn't even know that I would receive a $5.00 discount for being a bus driver for Fauquier. Tom Frost has always been able to handle whatever I needed done and on short notice. They work diligently so you are not waiting excessive time for your vehicle. One morning I needed to drop my car off and was going to walk to work in Old Town. Instead I was taken to work in my car and Travis drove it back so I could be on time.
