Probably one of the best and most professional piercing experiences I have had in my life. Peter showed me the individual tools, needles and explained the entire process before marking the piercing area. I felt comfortable and confident of his ability to pierce my breasts. I will definitely return for future piercings and tattoos. Highly recommend!

Excellent tattoo shop. I'd highly refer them to anyone who wants a clean, professional environment and excellent artists. Alex is doing my sleeves and I'm always so surprised that they are better than I could have expected. Prices are very fair for the expert work that is performed. 5 stars!

I'm origanly from el paso and my tattoo experiences with Tom Foolerie's are amaging they take there time in the art work, very detailed and colorful art. I highly recommend them, if u want to get inked tony or Alex are the guys you NEED to go see.
I'm from New Jersey and was stationed in El Paso for less than 3 months. Really wanted to get a good work and saw some cars with Tom Fooleries stickers back of their window, so I called up and met with Peter and Myongki(Tony). Peter started to use photoshop(?) and I was amazed how powerful tool it was and Peter was so good at it.
