Fantastic. Work came in below the estimate and was so fast. My experiences with other body shops have included rudeness, poor work, and having to wait days. Here I had a bumper cover replaced, an inexpensive oil change, and free detailing. The staff and service was excellent. Whatever you need done, get it done here.
VW golf alignment. Told us camber caster was close and needed a expensive bolt kit to adjust and this vehicle has a cam bolt for adjustment. Paid for full alignment and received half service.
They are honest and accomdating. They are very reasonable and provide great service! Thank you for you years of care!

I really like the courtesy politeness that Tom Finch Automotive has. I got a call about what was wrong with my car instead of them telling that they are going to do it without my permission. I trust my car being left with them and nothing getting broken. Keep up the good work guys. You will be taking care of my car from now on.
They got the job done, but barely. They didn't put all the parts back where they belonged. So, I have extra parts sitting in my car. The also did not clean up my car from their work very well. Duck tape residue left on my window and oil/dirt all over my driver side floor. (Which was later covered but by a piece of paper to protect it.)
