RecommendedI was working in Jacksonville, I drove from Springfield. I get to the job, pull in to my customers driveway, and my van was stuck in drive, The shifter in my van was just loose. We had received a massive amount of snow, I called Tom Finch Automotive. They came out with a tow truck, helped me shovel my van out and figured out the issue when they got it back to the shop. RecommendedHad a great experience getting my oil changed here! My car was washed and the front vacuumed. I also received a 15.00 rebate form to receive a rebate either doing online or mail in. Also they check several other things besides getting the oil changed. I had made an appointment but I was done in an hour. They will be taking care of my automotive needs!

Highly recommend! I take my Jeep whenever I need an oil change, tires rotated, or have an issue! They are very knowledgeable & always go above and beyond to find answers to my questions!
