Tom is a one-in-a-million type of agent! It was apparent when I first communicated with him several months ago as he’d requested to show some buyers one of my listings. Those buyers didn’t move forward and I sold it to others but fast-forward a few months and we found ourselves working together on behalf of different clients. When Tom went over the details about purchasing a house, he was very thorough. Knowledgeable. Helpful. That being said. He made the home purchase tolerable. Good job buddy.
