My husband and I were extremely lucky to have Tom Enck as our Colorado Springs realtor. He is so wonderful to work with. Tom spend a great deal of time showing us properties in order to find the perfect home. He was very attentive to what we wanted and was able to deliver a beautiful home at a great price. Tom is very easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. By far the best realtor I’ve ever worked with.

We bought our first home in Colorado while still living in North Carolina, without seeing it in person before closing. That takes a LOT of trust, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to place that trust in than Tom. The whole process felt easier because Tom was so communicative and never pushy or sales-y. Tom is absolutely amazing! Helping a single parent get into a home in Colorado Springs is no easy task. Dispite the challenges he remained patient and understanding. Always checking if the house was right for me and my kid. He never pushing me for something out of my price range and wouldn't let me settle for anything that I didn't absolutely love. I couldn't have found a better person to help me accomplish my dream. Thank you Tom!

My daughter and I were living in Florida when we first contacted Tom about relocating to Colorado Springs. He was so helpful telling us about Colorado Springs and the different living areas. Even though we had our own realtors in Florida, Tom was so helpful with issues we were having in Florida. We wanted new homes and he coordinated schedules with several builders to our schedule flying to Colorado Springs. My daughter bought a spec house and I had one built which meant he was working with us almost 9 months. During those 9... read more

Thomas Enk was absolutely amazing to work with. As a first time homebuyer, the process can be overwhelming, but Thomas made everything feel manageable and supported every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain things clearly. He truly went above and beyond to advocate for me and made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better realtor, and I’m so grateful for his guidance and dedication. I would recom... read more
