I’ve been buying from Tom Duffy wholesale flooring for roughly 20 years, primarily through the Modesto location. Unfortunately, my experience at the Fresno location was completely different. The salesman was rude and dismissive on the phone and unprofessional in person. I was looking for a discontinued MAPEI grout color for a client, but instead of offering assistance, he mocked the clients choice in front of other customers.
