I would give a 3.5 but they don't have that choice. The salesman was helpful. And he laughed at my jokes. My only complaint was that it took an hour to finish the cash deal after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Must have signed 10 documents. Buying a vehicle with cash used to be a lot easier.
From the very beginning til I rode off the lot in a brand new Dodge Durango, Daylyn was great! He communicated effectively and even went and did a trade with another dealership to bring in the exact car I wanted! I wish I could do more then 5 stars!! Thanks Daylyn!
They made a longer repair a great experience. Went in to get a gasket on my oil pan replaced. A mistake was made in quoting the repair, it went from just the lower pan to both pans on my truck. They honored the lower quote and due to the longer repairs, Saige hocked me up with a loaner free of charge. Even when I brought it back with a noise being made, the technician, Edgar, came out and took look amd found something loose. Immediately repaired it no questions asked. Love the service McKenzie was very professional not a pushy sales person about selling a vehicle like some are answering questions we ask & with a beautiful smile very helpful with getting in touch with loan company. I'll definitely recommend her & CDJR to other people. ❤️ I even got my son's girlfriend to buy a vehicle from them she loves it.
