Mr Cain was personable, direct with me at our first meeting I had been referred to him by my father. I appreciated his staff's swift, diligent work. He won my criminal case, ( tossed out) Highly recommended
Not professional at all and many complaints on lack of responsiveness. Called just to get information about a former settlement and he became angry and hung up the phone. It came across as someone very unstable honestly because it was just an informational call. I would not recommend him.
So far we have paid him $4000 .. he has threatened to quit 3 times... He could not remember any details of my case. He constantly wants to talk about everything else except my case,and then charge me for speaking with him. I had to do all the leg work. When it cam e time for a hearing in my child custody case, Im pretty sure he was sleeping through the whole thing. I got beat up by a better lawyer, over things that were so inconsequential.
