Tom was very prompt, professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was very helpful troubleshooting and finding the right device. Highly recommend and will return for any future needs.
He took his time to explain how to use my hearing aids. Very friendly and professional.
Tom did our daughter's hearing test and was very patient and accommodating to both of our children throughout the process. He did a great job explaining the test results in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable, Tom helped get me fitted with exactly what I needed and have a detailed breakdown on usage and maintenance of the hearing aid. There was a problem with insurance payment and Tom personally worked to help fix this with the provider and insurance. Overall a great experience and a great guy.
