The agency handled the listing and advertising of my property very well, but I was not happy with the advice I received or the lack of information on the process as I had not sold a home in over 36 years and the entire process is now very different. I was disappointed with the representation i received as the seller and would not recommend this agency again.

Score: 0 out of 5 Not worth stars. At all. Agent represented the sellers for my first-time buy of single family home. Just me (single parent) and my young child. The dishonesty about every aspect of the property being sold - nothing short of criminal. Severe maintenance issues and neglect that they hid. First things first, who would knowingly and deliberately expose a small child under 6 years of age to high lead levels? Good luck not having a conscience, and I know you can sleep at night but it's horrible that you can live ... read more

Tom's client accepted our offer the first day the house was on the market. Hearing and seeing some of the other situations that have arisen as a result of the current state of the real estate market with sellers having a lot of advantages, we knew we needed to move fast but we did not expect this process to move as smoothly as it has. He had his client's best interest at heart and we are truly grateful for the outcome of thos sale. We love our new forever home. Thanks again!
