Work was fine, communication was a disaster. Projected started and stopped multiple times.
A decade ago, Tom and his team replaced our old gas fireplace in the living room and put in a smaller fireplace in the large upstairs family/art room over the garage. We've never had any problem, and they're as efficient and beautiful as the day they were installed. The team is professional: polite, on-time, no "garage words". I really can't recommend them more highly.
