Tom including his guys are snakes and tried to get me for brakes . I brought it done to Master Auto and come to find out they we only down to 50% . So he failed my Emissions cuz you said I needed brakes . But when I brought it down to Master it passed with flying stars . Such a disgusting business. Not trustworthy or honest . Now just imagine how many times he’s done that to people ! Shame on you TOM BESS !!!!
RecommendedWe have been bringing our Jeep and truck here for 4 years. Always honest, always fair price; always quick. I could walk home from the shop but they e always willing to run me home. Today I needed a tow, Tom had someone there to get me and and Jeep to the shop and dropped me back off at home in under an hour. I wasn’t terribly far away but to know you can rely on a shop like this is golden!

Make sure that what you ask is what is provided, I asked for my tire to be filled with air and end up paying for the repair with out them asking. Now if they did asked I would definitely would have said yes. Once i comfronted the gentlemen about me just asking that I wanted air filled in my tire I got nothing but attidute. Poor customer service, I have used them for years but right now not sure if I will ever use them again
