I have a difficult prescription and Tom Barrett Optical was able to fit me perfectly. So perfectly that I am out of wearing contacts completely. Shawnna guided me to the perfect eyeglasses-lightweight, super comfortable, and I absolutely love wearing glasses for the first time in 45 years. I purchased new lenses and frames from another store, up in Allen, near where I live in Plano unfortunately, and they were unable to properly fit them to my face. I knew if anyone could, it would be the good folks at Tom Barrett Optical whom I have been going to for over 40 years. Sure enough, I walked out with a pair of glasses that fit me now and a new resolve to only purchase my eyewear from Tom Barrett Optical!
Staff is super friendly and Shawnna helped my friend pick out her new sunglasses today. They were quick to answer any questions that I had, and cleaned my sunglasses as well. Highly recommend!
