I had a very deep scratch on my white Infiniti QX60. I brought to the body shop and this wonderful technician named, Zach, came out to take a look. He was so friendly and professional! He took it right back and got me fixed up within 30 mins!!! When I went to go look at the work, I couldn’t even find the large area that was damaged. Wow!!! Seriously, if you need body work completely and you care about value, courtesy and professionalism, GO SEE ZACH AT TOM AHL!!! Leah from Lima.
Do not take your vehicle here. IMO and experience they will say or do whatever they can to deny they did inferior work. They forgot to place a clamp and o-ring in my vehicle. Then when I have to take it to another dealership they deny having forgot to fix it properly. They put a inferior o ring in and told me it was always there. Now at the other dealership and 500$ total out of pocket I am having their mistakes fixed. No refund, just excuse on why they didn't do it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
