The standards/customer service at Tom Adams is laughable. The day my windows got installed, the installer accidentally dropped the window on my kitchen faucet which shattered the panel. No big deal accidents happen. Well I had to wait an additional week for this new panel to come in, in the meantime my kitchen window was boarded up with cardboard. I’ve worked with Matt Boyce on several projects (entry door, windows, flooring) and he’s been incredibly responsive and flexible. I don’t get 2nd prices—if Matt and Tom Adams can provide the product, I work with them.
We worked with David to order carpet and he was very personable, gave helpful recommendations, and was very patient. The installers were also prompt, respectful, and did a great job!
We replaced all of the windows and one sliding door in our house. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Matt Boyce was our great salesman and Luke was our great installer. This is a top notch company with great employees and great service behind them. We will be going back soon to have them replace the rest of our doors.
