We had a wonderful experience with Tom Adams Windows and Carpets. We replaced our front entry double doors with sidelights. 1- Our sales representative TIM, answered all our questions, explained the step by step process from beginning to end, offered options and came to our home to view the doors once installed. 2- Installation was done on a very cold day in February. We just place our second order through Tom Adams for windows. After seeing how great the install was for our top floor, we came back to do our bottom floor as well. Matt Boyce has been a pleasure to work with, and made sure we could find something that was a quality product but still fit within our budget. The windows we installed were far more affordable than other quotes we received, and the warranty is unbeatable. Highly recommend.
