scratched volvo – I wanted to get some breakfast while my oil was being changed. The attendant recomended that i just wait there while the service was being done. I went to breakfast, returned to tolsdorf and paid for my service. I then left and went to my next destination. I got out of the car and noticed a series of scratches on my door. I did not go back to tolsdorf because i did not notice the scratches while i was there. There is no way to prove it happened there.

done fast – Great experience, in and out in 15 minutes, no high pressure sales, good info. about the car. Would go again.
Bad service – Tolsdorf manager does not stand behind their work. I took my car to them for a oil change. They reccomended a radiator flush which I agrred to allow them to do. I only made it a mile away and the car overheated. There was not enough coolant in the radiator. When I took it back they named numerous excuses before the finally looked at it and they corrected the problem.
