This is the worst service I've ever had to get medicine that I need . Every time my meds change. I've called and left messages and nobody returns your calls
I've only met Dr. Tolliver once, on my first consult but he as well as the staff were all very friendly and took the time to listen to what I had to say. On a follow up visit I did have two small procedures done in office but performed by another doctor who was also very kind and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Tolliver and the other doctors at Derm One to friends and family. Overall my experience was good and I left unscathed!
My first visit was quick and easy. My second visit was to get the results of my first visit, which could have been told to me over the phone. I was called back 31 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, told I had skin cancer, my number one fear, and though routine for these folks, their tone was shockingly cavalier. Perhaps this was to instill confidence is the treatable nature of the diagnosis, I was having trouble dealing, This was alleviated by the staff expediting the surgery.
I always get good treatment there. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. I trust them with my skin cancer treatment.
I saw one if the PAs. I was in and out very quickly.
My time, like the good doctors, is valuable to me and some days quite condensed. Really appreciate the promptness of complying with my appointment time, the courteous staff, and a couple of suckers going out the door!!

The dermatologists are always friendly, courteous, and take the time to answer my questions. I never have to wait long to be seen. Staff is also friendly.
I spent 14 years with Dr. Karrs at the Dermatology center and never met Dr. Karrs. I am not even certain I have spelled his name correctly. Dr. Tolliver is available as needed - the result being my surgery this morning and the fact that his process and staff most likely saved/extended the life of my best childhood and current friend - Charles F.
