No Waiting when you have an appt. time. Desk, and the procedure that I had. went fast and very smoothly. Very kind staff. Made me feel at ease.

It is always a pleasure to see you, Doctor. I was glad you spritzed my upper lip, as we both thought it was getting to far from the normal. I was also pleased that you thought that the nail polish would be the best for my fingers and toes, even though it is slow. I am patient. However, I did not find the nail polish at the Access Pharmacy on Rural Acres Drive when I went there 2 hours later before leaving town. I'll have to make another trip to Beckley to pick it up when they call me and tell me it is ready. Otherwise, as I ... read more

Competent and knowledgeable staff
This is a wonderful place to go for medical treatments. The waiting time is only a couple minutes. They take care of my medical needs very good. The staff are very knowledgeable & caring when I have a problem. I would recommend this doctor.
