Very disappointing experience building our retirement home with Toll Brothers. The Folsom sales team perpetually showed a lack of professionalism and clearly had not been trained in modern communication skills. We were told, up front, that we would have regular updates from construction throughout the build, this did not happen(without explanation) and was the most confusing, frustrating part of our experience.
